Are we caring? 

Our staff will involve and treat you with compassion, kindness, dignitiy and respect.

Are we responsive to people's needs? 

Our services are well organised so that they meet our patient's needs.

Are we well-led? 

The leadership, management and governance of our organisation makes sure that we are providing high-quality care that is based around patients' needs. We will encourage learning and innovation and promote an open and fair culture.
